We aim to dispatch all non personalised items from Signify HQ within 1-3 days of your order. For personalised orders, dispatch times may increase to 2-5 days. 


Due to the handmade nature of our products small imperfections are to be expected. However, if you receive a product that has a major problem, we would be happy to replace or refund the item for you. Just get in touch with us via the Contact Us page. We do not currently accept change of mind returns or exchanges. 


We have made a conscious effort with our packaging to steer clear of plastics. All of our packaging (except for the sticker) can be reused or recycled. If you'd prefer not to get a sticker in your order, just leave an order note!
